Grant's Field Day

Field Day for 1st Grade was not as great as Field Day when I was a kid. I remember sack races, three-legged races, 50 yard dash, long run, tug of war, individual tug of war, snow cones, etc. Now, that is no more it seems or maybe it just does not exsist in Katy ISD. These kids spent a good portion of the afternoon outside sweating and playing games I could have made up at home. I was disappointed and Grant didn't care for most of the events they had. He just followed around one of his friends and did what his friend did. Here are some of the pictures that turned out ok...I had Brady hanging on me so I didn't take many.
