February Already!?!?

I seriously can't believe it is already February.  Time really does fly by as much as my kids tell me that time goes so slowly.  One day they will understand...right!?  Well, not much happened at the end of January.  I think since the last blog post the only thing to report on is that Sadie had tubes put in her ears.  She got a clean bill of health on Monday and all is well.  She'll go back in July to have them looked at again.

Other tidbits:
Ashlyn was digging in the front yard with a friend and I asked her, 'Are you digging your way to China?'  She replied, 'Mom, you don't dig to China.  It is across the ocean and you fly to it if you want to go.'  Well, she sure is a smart girl.  When I was her age, we always would play at recess and tell everyone we were digging to China.  See how long things have come since 1986!? 

Today, I was just talking to the kids before school and I blurted something out to Grant and said, 'Just an FYI, Grant.'  Ashlyn was quick to respond, 'Mom, did you know that FYI means For Your Information?!'  Yes, sweetie I did.  She is so dang smart.  I almost can't get anything past her. 

Well, it is February and it so far it is sounding like a busy month for us.  We love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.  I am in the process of trying to do my photography again and also take more pictures of my kids.  That is my goal for the month!  I need to really really try hard.
