Thank You Mrs. O'Neal and Fiona

I know that Ashlyn has the BEST Kindergarten teacher, ever! On Thursday a girl in Ashlyn's class shared some of her lunch with Ashlyn and the result was a trip to the nurses office as well as me picking her up and taking her to the doctor's office. Ashlyn had a really, really bad allergic reaction to some cashews that was in the food she tried. Her teacher was so alert to what was going on right after they left the lunch room, she took sweet Ashlyn to the nurse while a mom who ate lunch with her son took the class back to the room. I got the frantic call from the nurse and ran to get her at the school. Ashlyn's teacher had been through this before with her having learned her daughter had a cashew allergy. So after school Mrs. O'Neal told her kids about Ashlyn's reaction to the cashew. Her oldest daughter wanted to let Ashlyn know that she is not alone in this cashew allergy and went home and made Ashlyn this cute card and gave her a cute soft teddy bear of hers. Mrs. O'Neal has definitely taught her children kindness. We love Mrs. O'Neal and her kiddos!
