Sleeping Sadie

Somehow this sweet girl can fall asleep on the couch without crying or screaming. I am still trying to figure out why the little stinker won't do the same in her pack n' play. She is cute and getting cuter everyday.

(I haven't blogged about much but that is because nothing exciting is going on at the moment..April will have plenty of posts seeing as though Ashlyn and Grant's birthdays are just 2 weeks away!)

Happy St.Patricks Day

Happy St.Patrick's Day! Your probably wondering why there is only a photo of Sadie. Well, the awesome husband and father of our kids took the older 3 camping. Not with our original camping group but a different one. I would have gone but Sadie would have had to sleep with us in a tent (which was not the original plan this Spring Break) and I really didn't want to her to be waking people in the night as much as she gets up either hungry or needing a diaper change. So I am chillin' at the house with her cleaning the upstairs (aka: the kids domain) and enjoying some quiet time without older kids bugging me. I have to say it is a good break from the kids and good quality time Corey gets to spend with them as much as he travels with his job and I am usually left with them. I miss them all as it is quiet tonight but I am getting laundry under control until all the dirty laundry arrives home on Saturday, cleaning and organizing toys, playing with Sadie, and just kicking up my feet. So, there you have it...Happy St. Patrick's Day from our littlest!

Sadie's Blessing

Today we blessed Sadie at church. Corey did such a great job and we are so grateful to the family who could come. I am so in awe of my husband who spoke such sweet words in the blessing. We are so grateful that she is part of our family. I am so lucky to have 2 boys and 2 girls and the absolute greatest husband in the world. Here we are afterwards...(We are going to take better pics this spring-we are in need of some good ones!~)

The family who came to be supportive. The kids were so excited to see their cousins! Here she is at home afterwards. Isn't she so dang cute!? I love her even if I am sleep deprived. And another one I made black and white. I have some of Ashlyn in this same dress...I just need to see where they are and see how much they look alike. We had a great day and great food and company at the house afterwards. I.AM.TIRED. This whole daylight savings thing doesn't help either.
