This year Halloween was somewhat quiet. Many of our neighbors were not out or really giving out candy. I don't mind because my kids don't need to eat that much candy. My kids were ready to go at 6 but we didn't start trick-or-treating until almost 7. We made it through our little neighborhood in Cinco in 45 minutes. In years past, it took more time because more people were out celebrating Halloween.
Here are the kids all ready while waiting for Sadie to get up from a cat-nap. See the theme?
Brady was our firefighter, Ashlyn a doctor( she says a pirate doctor), and Grant was a policeman.
This is us in our cul-de-sac with our neighbors waiting to head out trick-or-treating once it got a bit dark. Sadie was not to happy being held but that is because she rather crawl around. It really is hard to get our kids to all look at the camera at the same time. Sadie is always either checking out what the other 3 are doing, or Brady or Grant are not looking, or just something crazy will happen.
(Just two more holidays and it will be a new year and Sadie will be 1). CrAzY!
